Role Overview
Join TAL’s Finance Operations team as a Senior Analyst to deliver critical data and automation processes that support TAL’s Finance business units. This role contributes to the monthly reporting cycle and drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative solutions across the function.
What You Will Do
Support the execution of key Finance processes, develop detailed knowledge of financial reporting requirements, and support project and ad-hoc requests.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in actuarial studies, mathematics, statistics or equivalent relevant disciplines
- Exposure to FIS insurance suite of products – Prophet, DCS
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
