The Global Chief Revenue Officer will lead revenue growth strategy, market expansion, and sales operations to drive business success in the $50B backup power market. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of executive leadership experience in revenue management for a manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related sector company.
Requirements
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving strategic growth and scaling from $50M+ to $200M+, expanding into new markets such as data centers and other industrial applications
- Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, Revenue Operations, and enhancing revenue predictability
- Exceptional sales and account management team leadership & development, with success in high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Advanced expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and customer relationship management
- Proven ability to build cross-functional alignment with engineering and operations to support revenue growth
- Experience aligning with the CEO and board on revenue strategies and market expansion plans
- Ability to operationalize revenue strategy, transitioning from organic growth to structured, scalable revenue models
- Track record of successful change management in traditional business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Experience with mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers)
- Knowledge of industrial backup generators
- Strong OEM partnership experience
- National & Global business experience, particularly in key markets (Europe, Asia)
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Strategy
