The VP of Revenue Enablement owns the company’s global enablement strategy and execution, aligning sales methodology, content, systems, and insights to accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the end-to-end revenue enablement strategy for new business, cross-sell, and upsell growth.
- Align enablement outcomes with CRO priorities: bookings, billings, win rates, and cycle time reduction.
- Oversee methodology, training, content, CRM governance, and analytics functions.
- Lead a team of enablement managers (Content & Messaging, Sales Methodology & Training, Revenue Insights & Systems).
- Drive executive reporting, impact measurement, and ROI of enablement initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging alignment and campaign integration.
- Maintain governance of the enablement tech stack and data ecosystem (HubSpot, SalesNavigator, Outreach.io, AiSDR, Saleshood and others as needed).
- Participate in go-to-market team meetings to access and implement on-going sales enablement needs
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, performance coaching, and operational excellence.
