Context
One of our clients, a recognized company in SaaS telecommunications, is currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will drive the overall commercial performance of the company, ensuring consistency between Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams.
Your role will combine strategic alignment, process optimization and data-driven management to ensure predictable growth and operational excellence.
Missions
1. Process and Technology Optimization
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to streamline workflows and increase overall efficiency.
- Implement Revenue Operations best practices to support sustainable growth and scalability.
- Optimize the use of tools and technologies across revenue teams to strengthen productivity.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collaborate with Data and Revenue teams to design a data governance framework ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Develop centralized and automated reporting systems providing clear performance indicators.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, detect growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
3. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth coordination on lead generation, conversion and retention.
- Implement strategies to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue at each stage.
- Use CRM data to activate prospects and customers (Growth Enablement & CRM Activation).
- Ensure visibility and predictability of commercial performance through dashboards (pipeline, NRR, MRR, forecasts).
- Ensure quality, completeness and interoperability of commercial data between different tools and systems.
- Support new product and segment launches through solid operational preparation (VOIP, E-SIM, Travel).
4. Training and Development
- Train teams on tool usage and optimized processes.
- Maintain active monitoring of market trends and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
5. Tools and Systems Integration
- Promote collaboration between Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams to ensure an integrated and consistent approach.
- Act as interface between departments to ensure operational and process consistency.
- Identify, recommend and integrate new technologies to strengthen operational efficiency.
6. Team Management
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
- Define clear objectives and ensure their alignment with company strategic priorities.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Encourage data-driven decision making and proactive pursuit of efficiency throughout the revenue cycle.
Desired Profile
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Confirmed experience in a SaaS environment, with understanding of recurring revenue models and key indicators.
- Fluent French and English, comfortable communicating at all hierarchical levels.
- Strong analytical skills: creation and optimization of dashboards (Excel, BI tools).
- Proven experience collaborating with Sales and RevOps teams in B2B.
- Proficiency with the following tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, BI: Looker, Power BI.
- Automation: Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, N8N.
