We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Brand Manager who will become a key connector between Product, Sales, BizDev, and Marketing teams. This role is focused on building a strong and commercially effective B2B brand through brand positioning, product packaging, strategic communications, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, or Communications
- Mandatory experience in B2B and iGaming industries
- Strong experience packaging B2B products and solutions iGaming industries for Sales and commercial teams
- Experience building brand positioning, communication frameworks, and commercial narratives
- Strong understanding of strategic communications, PR, content, events, and brand visibility initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, BizDev, Leadership, and Marketing teams
- Fluent Russian and English level C1+ are mandatory
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a strong advantage; HubSpot is acceptable)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and communication tracking
- Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and audience segmentation
