Senior Financial Analyst

Talos Energy is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate financial modeling, strategic planning, and executive-level reporting. This role will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s corporate financial model and supporting strategic planning initiatives through scenario analysis, long-range planning and decision-support analytics.

Requirements

• Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model, including cash flow, liquidity, and leverage & valuation metrics
• Support the annual budgeting & monthly forecasting cycle and strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting packages for management and the Board of Directors.
• Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods and effectively communicate key drivers & messaging
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Development and Operations to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and development of financial systems (e.g., OneStream)
