Role Overview
We’re looking for a growth-minded operator to help Tamara identify, validate, and scale new acquisition opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimentation, moves quickly from idea to execution, and is excited by building things from scratch.
What You Will Do
Design and launch new acquisition initiatives beyond paid media, own an experimentation roadmap, create and operationalize merchant programs, analyze performance, and work closely with Commercial, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Performance teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
2-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Startup Growth, or related fields, strong experimentation mindset, analytical mindset, high ownership mentality, and exposure to fintech, marketplaces, or startup environments is preferred.
