We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Provider Growth team and help us increase capacity and grow. As a BDR, you will be the tip of the spear in bringing new providers and provider groups to Tandem, working cross-functionally across top of funnel, growth, and experience teams to turn first contacts into qualified meetings, and feed what you learn back into messaging, sequencing, and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills — clear, patient, personable, and confident
- Comfort with ambiguity and context switching; you can roll up your sleeves and figure things out fast
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms
- High NPS with your former teammates
