Optimize team productivity, align with the team on lead generation activities, and lead the team in implementing the growth agenda. Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for Retail loan products
  • Retain and expand the company’s base of customers for retail loan product
  • Maximize sales through a network and relationships
  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers
  • Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
  • Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda
  • Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies and reports
