Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment, processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions to promote a positive customer experience. You will be part of a team that strives to build deep and long-lasting relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing financial transactions, understanding and determining customer needs, responding and resolving customer concerns, and promoting banking solutions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet
  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented
  • A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills
