Business Development Manager – Adobe

TD SYNNEX is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, champion innovation, and build trusted partnerships. The successful candidate will help turn vendor growth plans into real-world impact, working closely with vendor partners, marketing, and the wider sales organisation to build pipeline, win opportunities, and increase share of wallet.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product Marketing within the IT channel, vendor, or partner ecosystem
  • Proven experience supporting and executing vendor‐led or portfolio growth plans
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Confident and credible communicator with customers, partners, and internal teams, both written and verbal
  • Highly effective self‐management, prioritisation, and time‐management skills
  • High energy, motivation, and a results‐driven commercial mindset
