Sales Operations Executive

TD SYNNEX is a global Fortune 500 company that values diversity and offers a hybrid work model. The Sales Operations Executive role is responsible for the backoffice of telecommunications accounts, including order creation, follow-up, and invoicing.

Requirements

• Gestión integral del backoffice de clientes.
• Ownership del pedido end‐to‐end: creación, seguimiento, expedición y facturación.
• Mantenimiento y actualización del pipeline en CRM.
• Coordinación directa con clientes, vendors y divisiones internas.
• Planificación y seguimiento de logística y expediciones.
• Gestión documental necesaria para justificar la facturación ante Finanzas.
• Seguimiento quincenal con el equipo de Cobros para asegurar la contabilización de facturas.
• Gestión de actas (confirmación de pedidos sin las cuales no se puede facturar).
• Control de backlog (BK): cambios de precio, retrasos, incidencias operativas.
• Calls mensuales con clientes para revisión de expediciones y pedidos.
• Gestión de postventa administrativa (documentación, expediciones, incidencias).
• Participación en proyectos específicos.
