The role requires a strong analytical and statistical foundation, with experience in machine learning, data analysis, and visualization.
Requirements
- Design data collection and preparation strategies across multiple datasets and systems.
- Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that influence engineering or product decisions.
- Develop reusable analytical pipelines and data science workflows.
- Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Apply advanced modeling techniques to solve complex engineering or operational problems.
- Develop dashboards and visualization tools that communicate analytical insights to leadership and technical teams.
- Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format.
- Translate complex analysis into business and engineering recommendations.
- Partner with engineering, software, and product teams to implement analytical models into production systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can improve product performance or operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.
