Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid user acquisition efforts across B2C and lead acquisition for B2B. As a high-impact IC, you will operate in a complex SaaS environment, owning all paid marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Direct strategy and execution of all paid acquisition across B2C and B2B
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and more
  • Set and manage monthly and quarterly budgets and goals for paid marketing
  • Own SEM, SMM, OTT, Reddit, and all other paid marketing channels
  • Implement and oversee marketing automation and advanced tooling to streamline workflows
  • A/B test new channels, ad types, messaging/targeting, and more
  • Be data-driven, keeping us honest to monthly and quarterly goals for paid growth
