Role
As Sales & Sales Operations Manager, you are the central interface of our sales team. You ensure smooth processes from lead qualification to reliable forecasting and directly support our founder Paul.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Initial Contact: Conduct qualifying first conversations with potential partners, ensure next steps, and maximize success rate
- Sales Assets & Content: Create and maintain essential sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and email templates
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Manage entire CRM pipeline, maintain lead stages, documentation, and create reliable reports and forecasts
- Strategic Process Development: Design and implement strategic tests and develop new sales touchpoints and re-engagement strategies
- Event Management & Presence: Support event team operationally and be present at sales events nationwide, including follow-up meetings
