TeamSnap is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive new business for TeamSnap for Brands, leading marketing initiatives to grow and optimize lead generation, and connecting top brands with industry-leading advertising and sponsorship solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation marketing
- Proven ability to build and scale multi-channel marketing programs (paid media, email, content, events)
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
- Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline reporting and campaign performance tracking
- Highly data-driven, with a bias for action and experimentation
- Builder mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning strategy into execution
- Clear communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator that can rally a team around a campaign and goal
