About the Role
We are looking for senior GTM and alliance leader to own and manage the strategic GTM partnership. This role will act as the single point of ownership for the alliances, responsible for driving joint GTM execution, internal alignment, partner coordination, and overall business outcomes across BPS and CX-led solutions. The role requires a blend of strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to scale a platform-led partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end GTM charter for the client alliance
- Drive joint GTM motions across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams
- Act as the primary interface between TechM BPS and client GTM leadership
- Enable sales teams on joint offerings, positioning, and value propositions
- Support pipeline build-up, deal shaping, and opportunity governance
- Lead operating cadence, reviews, and executive updates for the partnership
- Identify growth opportunities across verticals and geographies
- Ensure alignment, accountability, and execution discipline across teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in BPS, AI, CX, enterprise platforms, or SaaS GTM roles
- Strong background in alliances, partnerships, and platform-led GTM models
- Experience working with AI, automation, or CX technology providers
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing ISV / platform partnerships
- Exposure to Contact Center, CX transformation, or AI-driven solutions
- Experience in scaling alliances from strategy to execution
