Technical Account Manager B2B M2M-Mobilfunk (m/w/d)

Technical Account Manager for B2B M2M-Mobilfunk, advising and caring for business customers on technical challenges in secure M2M communication, including Smart Grid and Smart Metering. Collaborating with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments to bring customer requirements into product development. Fundamental knowledge in IT and mobile phone technologies for machine-to-machine communication, with experience in Smart Grid and Smart Metering, advising complex IT solutions, and secure connections.

Requirements

• Advise and care for business customers on technical challenges in secure M2M communication
• Manage customer projects from presales consulting to technical onboarding and pilot projects
• Support sales in presales through technical consulting, conception, and presentations
• Handle technical questions from customers and perform structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments
• Bring customer requirements structurally into the development of products and services
• Have fundamental knowledge in IT and mobile phone technologies for machine-to-machine communication
• Have experience in Smart Grid and Smart Metering
• Have experience in advising complex IT solutions in the B2B field
• Have experience in IP management and secure connections
• Work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented with high self-initiative
• Have well-developed communication and presentation skills
• Have experience in project management and work safely in project-oriented structures
• Have very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in speech and writing
• Have completed a degree or completed an apprenticeship, e.g. in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology
• Have several years of relevant work experience
