Requirements
- Advise and care for business customers on technical challenges in secure M2M communication
- Manage customer projects from presales consulting to technical onboarding and pilot projects
- Support sales in presales through technical consulting, conception, and presentations
- Handle technical questions from customers and perform structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments
- Bring customer requirements structurally into the development of products and services
- Have fundamental knowledge in IT and mobile phone technologies for machine-to-machine communication
- Have experience in Smart Grid and Smart Metering
- Have experience in advising complex IT solutions in the B2B field
- Have experience in IP management and secure connections
- Work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented with high self-initiative
- Have well-developed communication and presentation skills
- Have experience in project management and work safely in project-oriented structures
- Have very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in speech and writing
- Have completed a degree or completed an apprenticeship, e.g. in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology
- Have several years of relevant work experience
