Group Director – Sales Operations
We are seeking a strategic and impactful Group Director – Sales Operations to lead planning, process improvement, technology enablement, analytics, and performance measurement across our sales organisation. This role is critical to enhancing our go-to-market effectiveness and ensuring our Sales teams are empowered to succeed.
Acting as a trusted partner to the Sales leadership team, you will shape sales execution, improve operational efficiency, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial results.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute sales operations strategies that enable growth and customer success.
- Lead annual planning: forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with Sales leadership.
- Implement and refine scalable processes to improve alignment, efficiency, and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.
- Strengthen data integrity, compliance and performance visibility across the sales team.
- Oversee CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation tools to support productivity.
- Build analytics capability and deliver dashboards, reporting and forecasting models.
- Act as a strategic operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success.
- Align demand generation with sales execution and enablement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, training, and sales readiness programs.
Your Talents
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or Master’s highly regarded).
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to scale operations within a multi-market or group structure.
- Strong expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and business intelligence systems.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
