As a Sales Operations Associate at Tegus, you will be a key player in our sales team’s success, empowering them with efficient and effective sales systems and tools. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Sales Operations, you will be at the forefront of automation and integrations while also taking ownership of maintaining and optimizing key platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari, and Ironclad. Additionally, you will collaborate with Revenue Operations and other GTM stakeholders to implement system updates related to quotas, territories, pricing, and packaging. Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Updates/Data Clean-Up: Implement Salesforce updates related to quotas, territories, pricing, and packaging in collaboration with Revenue Operations and other GTM stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive Salesforce data clean up, including deduplication, standardization, and validation, to ensure accurate sales data.
- Platform Maintenance and Optimization:Take ownership of maintaining and optimizing key platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clari, and Ironclad, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
- Process Improvements and Automation: Collaborate with the Project Manager, Sales Operations to identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Insights:Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and analytics to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Deal Desk Management:Provide sales support to Business Development Reps, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers regarding sales processes, approvals, and contract reviews.
- User License Activation: Assist in managing the user license activation process, ensuring timely provisioning of licenses for new sales team members and maintaining an up-to-date record of license allocations and user access rights within sales systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales operations role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is a requirement.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) administration and configuration.
- Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Gong, Clari, or similar is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including Jira
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
