Tekmetric is seeking a Director of Product Operations to lead the product organization and define the operating system that powers product decision-making. The role involves owning product insights, driving business impact, and building scalable systems for product teams.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related fields
- Proven track record of defining and scaling product operating models and analytics ecosystems in high-growth SaaS or platform environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape product and business strategy through data-driven insights
- Deep expertise in product analytics, including event instrumentation, data modeling, KPI development, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong tools & data fluency (experience with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Snowflake, or similar)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset paired with operational rigor—able to set vision while also ensuring disciplined execution
- Experience building, mentoring, or leading teams is strongly preferred
