This is a hybrid role in Downtown Toronto – candidates must be willing to go to the office multiple times/week* A sales operations specialist focused in Salesforce.com, sales process, sales tool enablement, and looks for productivity improvements. A strong project manager that can be responsible for large projects, implementation of new sales tools. They do this by ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration with existing processes. This team member would work closely with sales, IT, marketing, and other stakeholder teams. They would analyze sales workflows, identify process gaps, and introduce technology driven solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and sales effectiveness. Strong communication to drive change management as well as process documentation and reporting to support

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Experience – Person needs to be Sr in their role
  • Should have familiarity with sales tools and technology – for instance, some sort of sales cadence management tool like Salesloft or Outreach or Sales Engagement or Gong. Tools that enable sales teams to do their jobs better
  • Really strong project management experience – the idea is that the person they hire will manage large projects for tool enablement for their teams
  • Want the mindset of “how can I improve what they’re doing, what can we do better?”
  • Salesforce – needs to be proficient. Wants to maximize the person’s impact through working with their technology teams
  • Demonstrated project management skills – have managed large projects with success

The pay range for this position is $46.45 – $53.33/hr.
