• Up to $2,500 USD/month – for all LATAM countries except Peru.
• Up to S/ 6,780.00/month planilla – for candidates based in Peru.

✅ Brand & Strategy Leadership

• Create and implement impactful branding and communication strategies.
• Lead Tekton’s brand positioning and voice across all touch points.

✅ Website & Content Optimization

• Strategically position and optimize the corporate website for visibility and engagement.
• Develop a content strategy to establish Tekton as a thought leader in software development.

✅ Team & Budget Management

• Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.
• Allocate and manage a $7,000/month budget across campaigns and ad platforms.

✅ Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Translate complex software development services into compelling marketing narratives.

🚀 Must-Have

✔ Proven experience in branding and communication within B2B tech marketing.
✔ Strong skills in website positioning and optimization.
✔ Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and current tech trends.
✔ Experience marketing to sectors such as Fintech, Airlines, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, and Oil & Gas.
✔ Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
✔ Experience working with technical teams to develop clear, impactful messaging.
