Key Account & Technical Sales Manager – Italy and Iberia for FLIR Systems, responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers while actively driving new customer engagement across the Italian and Iberian market.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for building long-term customer relationships and developing new business.
  • Experience in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or Solution Selling in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Solid technical aptitude and willingness to become a product and application expert.
  • Experience supporting customers and distributors with technical solutions and training.
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a remote, field-based role.
