Key Account & Technical Sales Manager – Italy and Iberia for FLIR Systems, responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key customers while actively driving new customer engagement across the Italian and Iberian market.
Requirements
- Strong passion for building long-term customer relationships and developing new business.
- Experience in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or Solution Selling in an industrial or technical environment.
- Solid technical aptitude and willingness to become a product and application expert.
- Experience supporting customers and distributors with technical solutions and training.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working in a remote, field-based role.
