Position Summary

The Associate Sales Operations Analyst position works closely with Commercial Operations to provide analytics in support of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will use their analytical skills to provide reporting and analysis for multiple business units.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action.
  • Analyze, trend, and validate adherence to strategic pricing initiatives and objectives.
  • Extract data, analyze, and make recommendations based on impact analysis.
  • Support Commercial Operations in goal achievement.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related queries in a cooperative and supportive manner.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting as needed/required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Analytics or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 1-3 years of business analytics, report writing, sales support or marketing experience in a B2B or medical device environment
  • Capability to work independently and accurately, with interruptions, to meet business-critical deadlines
  • Ability to manage large volumes of complex data

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

  • Knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data extraction and manipulation, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • SQL Database creation and maintenance and VBA code writing are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal/customer relations skills; good verbal and written communications
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with different departments and leadership levels
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the profitability of targeted objectives.
