Account Executive, Italian Market – Digital Advertising

The Account Executive role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses using the company’s advertising solutions, combining proactive outbound prospecting with converting qualified leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Requirements

  • C2 level in Italian and C1 English
  • Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management preferred
  • Proven ability to self-prospect, build pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and managing an existing client portfolio
  • Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze customer data
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated profile
