The Account Executive role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses using the company’s advertising solutions, combining proactive outbound prospecting with converting qualified leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
Requirements
- Identify and prospect high‐potential SMB accounts through cold calls, emails, and outreach, alongside leads from the BDR team.
- Manage the complete sales process: initial pitch, strategy presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop tailored advertising strategies using formats such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Understand clients’ goals and challenges, turning insights into compelling value propositions.
- Hold regular performance reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and remove barriers to investment.
- Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment.
