Requirements

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries.
  • Manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight.
  • Effectively utilize CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and offer insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Nordic market.
  • Manage complex stakeholder structures, including multiple agencies and sceptic customers.
  • Position Google Ads as a valuable and integrated solution.
  • Manage more sophisticated questions about ROI and integration with other platforms.
