The Product Readiness & Enablement Manager (Konera) is responsible for ensuring that Proximus Global’s Network API products are fully operational, integrated, and ready for commercialization. This role acts as the critical link between MNO supply, product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product operations, product management, technical program management, or API delivery roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of API ecosystems, integration processes, and telecom environments
- Experience working with MNOs, partners, or external integrations
- Good understanding of end-to-end API lifecycle, including deployment, testing, and production readiness
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive execution across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and unblock integration issues quickly
- Experience working in Agile environments and coordination with engineering teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and operational dashboards
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution, reliability, and operational excellence
