As a remote full-time role, the successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and administering sales commission payouts, building and maintaining reporting, and partnering with sales leadership to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in sales operations, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Working experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
