Telnyx is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to support and scale its APAC People Ops function, collaborating with the People Ops Manager to ensure a seamless employee experience across the global workforce, with an emphasis on the APAC region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
  • Utilization of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve workflow and daily tasks.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Rippling), Airtable, and automation tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
