As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate your sales team, execute strategic plans to reach sales targets, and contribute to market research.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
- Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
- Experience in building and motivating sales team
- Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
