We are inviting an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing USA Sales team to work with our networking devices portfolio and build and develop a new sales team in Irving, Texas. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate your sales team, execute strategic plans to reach sales targets, and contribute to market research.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product
  • Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B)
  • Experience in building and motivating sales team
  • Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently
