THE ROLE
Temenos is looking for an experienced and dynamic Global Partner Marketing manager to build and execute partner marketing programs with Temenos’ Technology and Services partners with the following strategic objectives:
- Create a holistic and comprehensive Partner program that includes partner tools, campaigns and engagement bill of materials.
- Develop, manage and track Marketing Pipeline Generation programs and tactics with partners.
- Support development of the existing Partner Ecosystem inline with Partner Organization and broader corporate objectives.
This role requires a strong sense of instinct to align objectives, prioritize key programs and execute with a focus on measurable results. This is a hands on role who which will translate strategic direction from the Field & Partner Marketing Senior Director and take through to market for execution.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will work with the partner and regional sales teams to define the priorities, value proposition and messaging around our partnerships and align with overall corporate strategy.
- You will work directly with the Field & Partner Marketing Senior Director and Partner organization to understand the overall strategy and develop a Partner Marketing Strategy to support this vision.
- You will manage, deploy and support partner utilization of Market Development Funds (MDF) and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives including being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners.
- You will oversee and provide targeted marketing support for specific deals (joint partner marketing opportunities) in the pipeline.
- You will work cross functionally with teams to develop effective sales enablement tools to support the partnership message like solution briefs, sales guidebooks and messaging decks.
- You will review, evolve and manage the Partner Portal, monitoring usage and adding to the ecosystem as a first stop touch point to support partner requirements.
- You will support conversion of global campaigns into partner friendly campaign- in- a box type assets and champion their utilization in combination with MDF to target joint pipeline generation.
- You will monitor and generate reports on the Marketing pipeline from partner marketing programs.
- You will support management of local marketing agency resources to deliver partner marketing programs to the partner ecosystem at scale.
- You will work cross-functionally with Regional Marketing, Solutions Marketing to ensure Partner Marketing campaigns and programs are aligned with corporate strategy and support execution with the field marketing team
- You will support and coordinate the annual Partner Day with Partner Organization such as a logistics, attendee management and presentation preparations.
- You will organize, participate in and represent Partner Marketing at Industry events where applicable to drive efficiencies and opportunities.
- Secure and appropriately deploy funding from Partners to be channeled to local joint engagement events and global/central activities.
SKILLS
- You should have 5+ years of field marketing, partner marketing experience in technology companies
- You should have very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- You should have experience working closely with sales and customer-facing teams to drive pipeline.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
- You should be highly organized and able to multi-task
- You should have proven experience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
- You should have experience measuring outcomes in a revenue pipeline context using Salesforce dashboards.
- You should be familiar with Pardot marketing automation tool
- You should have a systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple team.
- You should have analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
