The Account Executive – Membership Services will be part of the team responsible for retaining and growing our PSL owner base through delivering first-class customer service, relationship building, and benefit development.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service to an assigned portfolio of PSL Owners
- Lead PSL Owners through annual season ticket renewals and Silver Club extensions
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM
- Fulfill game day responsibilities including in-seat visits, assisting with special promotions, and addressing PSL Owner inquiries
