We are looking for a highly driven and collaborative Territory Partner Sales Manager to accelerate partner-led growth across Spain and Portugal. This role is critical in expanding our footprint within mid-market accounts (250M–500M EUR revenue), working closely with partners and account executives to win new business, and grow existing accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS / Cloud / ERP sales, ideally within a partner or channel-driven model
- Strong background in territory management and partner ecosystem development
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding AACV and pipeline growth targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high level of transparency
- Strong collaboration mindset, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- A hunter mentality with ambition, ownership, and a proactive approach to opportunity creation
