Lead Analytics Manager

This role combines people leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on analytical direction, ensuring the work of your team lands successfully in the business. You’ll lead and enable a team of analysts to deliver transformational change across Tesco’s end-to-end supply chain.

Requirements

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of analysts & project managers to deliver large scale, cross functional, initiatives for the business.
  • Set clear priorities and direction for the team’s work, including annual objective setting, measuring performance and giving regular feedback to support personal development alongside business delivery.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from ideation and concept through to delivery and benefit realisation, ensuring strong problem definition, clear outcomes and robust step change measurement methodology.
  • 5+ years’ of project/programme management experience with a proven record of delivery in a complex, data-rich environment.
  • Line management experience and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders including Directors and Business Leaders and the ability to flex style for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant degree and/or formal project management qualifications.
