Area Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel. The role involves recruiting and onboarding new DSA partners, building and maintaining relationships with DSA agents, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in team handling. They must be individually 3 CR and have a team of 8-9 CR. Relevant experience ranges from 5 to 12 years, and a graduate degree is required.
