Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel. They will also be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new DSA partners, building and maintaining relationships with DSA agents, and analyzing market performance to improve sales outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with DSA agents to generate leads, drive conversions, and monitor sales performance. They will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and provide regular updates to senior management on DSA performance and sales achievements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in team handling. They must have a strong track record of sales achievements, with a minimum of 3 CR individually and 8-9 CR with a team. Relevant experience and a graduate qualification are also required.
