Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, specifically within high-transaction environments like Travel, Fintech, or E-commerce
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and Agentic workflows
- Proficiency in using quantitative data to drive product decisions and measure the ROI of AI interventions
- Ability to manage high-velocity initiatives with a focus on ‘Collective Problem Solving’
- Thriving in a ‘Build-Mode’ startup culture while leveraging the data depth of Paytm’s 500 million+ user base
