Solutions Engineer

Role Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Network, and Delivery teams to design and validate customer solutions across connectivity, voice, and cloud infrastructure services. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to wholesale customers, helping them navigate technical challenges while ensuring solutions are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned to their business objectives.

What You Will Do

Design and validate solutions across internet carriage services, including NBN, Ethernet, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), data center connectivity, and voice products. Partner with Sales team and wholesale customers to understand requirements and develop high-quality solution designs, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Network Engineer, Voice Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications, networking, or IT infrastructure environments
• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals, internet services, private WAN technologies, Ethernet services, and data centre connectivity
• Experience designing customer solutions and translating technical concepts into business outcomes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Relevant qualifications and/or practical experience in networking, telecommunications, voice engineering, or related technologies
