Textron Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Manager to maintain and develop positive relationships with customers, coordinate aircraft issues, and assure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Coordinate and communicate all aircraft issues with the customer
- Meet customer upon arrival and review work scope
- Discuss applicable service bulletins, quotes, and flat rates
- Adjust schedule as needed
- Define communications and discrepancy approval process
- Confirm customer’s schedule and verifies customer information
- Obtain customer approval for additional work
- Reports exceptions in work progress affecting schedule commitments and cost of maintenance
- Actively seeks upselling opportunities
- Markets Service Center capabilities to new and existing customers
- Fosters a positive relationship between the customer and the Textron Aviation service network
- Reviews program coverage and pricing
- Build, review and approve or change Pro Forma invoice
- Responsible for participating in the Service Center safety culture
- Post-delivery follow-up with customer
