Your daily work

At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales’ most important technological excellence centers. The diversity and technical nature of systems and equipment mobilize expertise in over 80 professions in defense, high-tech security solutions and digital services.

In support of ‘Sales Operations’ commerce, you will join a team to develop Customer Service for the installed base in the scientific and academic world. The systems are used in first-rate scientific applications, including the ELI-NP laser in Romania: matter physics, particle acceleration.

Your missions

• You are responsible for providing the necessary elements for managing offers (KPIs, progress, etc.)
• You contribute to updating tools including the catalog
• You manage contact with our customer base through mailings on specific proposals: retrofit, stock sales, etc.
• You participate in process improvement

Your profile
