Position Overview
Thales Digital Factory is part of Thales’ transformation program aimed at becoming a key player and exemplary actor in digital across all its markets. The mission is to accelerate the digital transition of the Thales Group by exploring new ways of working and decision-making.
General Competencies Required
- Mastery of commercial analysis and operations monitoring
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and Excel
- Experience in managing customer databases, data quality and information structuring
- Ability to perform marketing analysis and customer segmentation
- Project management: coordination of service providers, budget monitoring and implementation of digital tools
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Ability to work with various stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR

Key Missions and Responsibilities
Customer Database Management
- Manage system configuration, implementation, settings and specific developments
- Organize collection, standardization and structuring of customer data
- Determine and implement methods to improve quality and enrich the customer database
- Ensure quality, accessibility and reliability of information throughout their processing
- Lead corrective and evolutionary CRM system developments
Sales and Marketing Analysis
- Study customer profiles and perform marketing segmentation
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends and propose improvements
- Anticipate and adjust segmentation and commercial offers to adapt to market
- Analyze product offerings and study their impacts
- Implement and monitor tracking tools to analyze customer-user profiles
- Conduct regular sales and marketing analysis (win rate, profitability, Order Intake, Sales expense ratios)
- Produce recurring reports on sales and commercial effectiveness
Project Management
- Support change management related to CRM implementation with stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external service providers and partners
- Coordinate service providers and suppliers (information systems and booking tools)
- Manage budget and evaluate intervention costs
User Support
- Monitor user activity, data quality and provided responses
- Analyze CRM effectiveness for customers and report in meetings
- Manage feedback and propose improvements in collaboration with CRM technical manager
- Identify digital tools with users that can optimize their performance and business objectives
Possible Additional Missions
- Lead and supervise a team of functional analysts and developers responsible for designing application developments

- Accuracy of Order Intake forecasts (ideally ±3%)
