Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Data administration and data collation from various sources
• Assist in various management reporting activities
• Supply Demand database build-up and demand analysis vs Business Outlook
• Optimization of the regional silicon inventories (silicon supplies follow-up, multi-sourcing optimization, analysis of the sourced demand)
• Risk Inventory management
• Review & Manages Last Buy & End of Life Supplies for the Region
• Supports deployment for NPI, migration with Product Lines, Sourcing and operation team
• Support the sales plan together with the Customer Service community

Requirements

• Graduate with at least 2 – 3 years working experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power point)
• Mature and pleasant personality
• Able to work with staffs of all levels
• Strong coordination and meticulous skills
