Position Summary
Thales is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, whose role will play a significant role on the M&S side of the business as it relates to data management, analytics & forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the regional focal point for all aspects of M&S commercial performance reporting
- Work with other Sales Operations Managers to automate tasks and build annual budgets
- Own commercial performance of assigned customer base
- Maintain and update forecasting roadmaps
- Help identify new opportunities with sales team
- Establish strong relationships within central organization
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8+ years experience or Master’s with 4+ years
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing complex models and sales data
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial planning and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
