Sales Operations Manager

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, whose role will play a significant role on the M&S side of the business as it relates to data management, analytics & forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the regional focal point for all aspects of M&S commercial performance reporting
  • Work with other Sales Operations Managers to automate tasks and build annual budgets
  • Own commercial performance of assigned customer base
  • Maintain and update forecasting roadmaps
  • Help identify new opportunities with sales team
  • Establish strong relationships within central organization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-8+ years experience or Master’s with 4+ years
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing complex models and sales data
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong financial planning and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
