Your Daily Responsibilities

By joining us in Meudon, you join the headquarters of the Thales Group located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

As Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will analyze and monitor commercial performance by:

  • Consolidating order intake forecasts, conducting synthetic analysis and presentations during Sales Execution Reviews and Order Intake Reviews
  • Leading Sales Execution Review and Order Intake Review annual processes for DIS (collecting Business Line contributions and building distribution by destination or key account for management review)
  • Developing relevant analyses and defining metrics to measure sales performance
  • Proposing improvement actions

You will also manage Processes and Tools, which consists of:

  • Conducting commercial oversight of the “Sales Pipeline” process for DIS and contributing to other commercial processes (Digital Marketing, Revenue Forecasting, etc.)
  • Managing DIS business processes for CRM DIS T360 (according to DIS IT applications governance)

Your Profile

You hold a Bac+5 (Master’s degree) and have more than 10 years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager, Data Analyst, Financial Controller or Commercial Manager.

You have advanced proficiency in Excel as well as CRM tools such as T360.

You are recognized for:

  • Your listening skills, coordination capabilities, data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Your excellent oral and written communication in both French and English (fluent level)
  • Your ability to support change related to the deployment of new technologies and processes

Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to make decisions within set timeframes while respecting established processes.
