This position will report to a Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

This position will be prospective clients’ primary contact in the buying process. This position will help qualified organizations which desire to change plan their cultural transformation. This position will typically be communicating with c-suite executives, HR professionals, and Learning & Development professionals interested in bringing in a proven and effective leadership development and cultural improvement system and process. Positions are available within federal government, state and local government, and private sectors.

This is a quota-carrying position, primarily measured by the revenue and gross profit generated with each client engagement. As many of these engagements are strategic in nature, there will be a need to travel to visit clients periodically.

Qualified applicants will have:

  • Confidence and exceptional ability to communicate with executives and senior leaders
  • Lead and served others with the principles and character aligned to an outward mindset
  • A high level of business acumen and competency
  • Motivations including maximizing client impact, maximizing personal income, and building a brand
  • Sold or been a buyer of professional services within the assigned B2G or B2B environment
  • The ability to demonstrate enterprise-sales soft skills such as name-dropping and storytelling
  • Character qualities like coachability, curiosity, and a systematic way of approaching their daily work

Preferred applicants will have:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM platform
  • The ability to passionately articulate Arbinger’s value
  • Experience selling consulting, educational products and services, or software
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding a sales quota

Compensation

Base + commissions (Expectation is a range of $140k – $400k), with no cap on earnings
