Automotive Used Car Sales Manager

Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join their team at Mercedes-Benz of Doylestown. The Sales Manager will supervise the sales team and oversee all practices in the vehicle showroom. The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience managing and developing employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 5+ years of used car management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred
• Ability to perform all job functions which may include bending, standing, lifting and reaching.
• Ability to forecast and achieve sales and profit goals
• Excellent computer skills and very detail-oriented ability
