Job Description:
- You’ll report directly to the Manager of the Go to Market Strategy & Operations Team and will be a key player in driving operational excellence within our Quote to Cash (Q2C) space.
- Provides first-line Deal Desk support for standard new business, add-on, and renewal deals
- Provides deal guidance so that Account Executives are selling the correct and latest mix of products, and using the correct SKUs for their deal purpose
- With support from their manager, draft custom commercial terms for deals
- Escalates non-standard deals and pricing appropriately to the Director of Deal Desk (or Senior Manager, if applicable)
- Articulate Salesforce-relevant policies that impact Account Executives’ compensation and regional booking recognition
- Evangelizes pricing guidance published by Pricing & Monetization as appropriate
- Provide guidance to Account Executives on deal structuring in a way that meets customers’ requirements
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
- Required: Bachelors, Excel, and Salesforce CRM.
