Role Overview

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. You will maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.

What You Will Do

Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency. Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
